No Refund on Services Rendered

All payments made to GrowAge for services including but not limited to SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Paid Advertisements, Website Development, Branding, Graphic Design, Content Creation, Consulting, and Strategy Services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, planned, or delivered.

Advance & Booking Payments

Any advance, onboarding, or booking amount paid to initiate a project, campaign, or consultation is strictly non-refundable, as resources, time, and planning are allocated immediately after confirmation.

Client-Initiated Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a service, campaign, or project after work has commenced, no refund will be provided for any completed, ongoing, or reserved services.

Performance & Result Disclaimer

GrowAge does not guarantee specific results such as rankings, leads, sales, or revenue. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results, performance, or return on investment.

Delays & External Factors

GrowAge shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by:

  • Delayed approvals, inputs, or communication from the client
  • Policy changes or technical issues on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, software tools, etc.)
  • Force majeure events

Such situations do not qualify for any refund.

Advertising & Third-Party Expenses

Any amount spent on third-party platforms, advertising budgets, tools, plugins, hosting, domains, or software subscriptions is non-refundable under any circumstances, as these costs are controlled by external vendors.

Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations such as:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made due to a technical error
  • Services not initiated at all after payment confirmation

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

Refund Approval & Processing

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval by GrowAge management. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.
